      Post-Encounter Summary & Plan

History-taking has ended. Present your findings the way you would to an examiner, in your own words. Cover:

      • A summary of what you found.
      • Your differential, most likely first, and flag anything you wouldn't want to miss.
      • What you'd examine, and what you'd expect to find.
      • What investigations you'd request, and why.
      • What happens next for the patient.

      Guided tour
Three questions on a station that is not marked, to see how one runs from the door to the report. The patient's replies are scripted.
      Voice input
Speak your questions instead of typing. Adds a mic button next to the message box.
      Voice output
Read the patient's replies out loud, with a voice matched to the patient. A small waveform next to the chat title shows while it's speaking.
      Voice+
Hands-free: stop talking for a moment and your question sends itself, the patient answers out loud, and the mic re-opens for the next one. Turns on Voice input and Voice output.
      Grading level
      How strictly stations are marked.
